UNILORIN Commences Free Week, Prepares for Second Semester Examinations
The University of Ilorin's Free Week is scheduled to commence from Monday, June 22, 2026, and run through Friday, June 26, 2026. This period has been designated for lecturers to upload second-semester Continuous Assessment (CA) scores and other approved results.
Recall that Honorable Updates earlier reported that the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) released key academic dates for the semester, and the Free Week schedule was confirmed in that release.
Following the Free Week, the University will commence its second-semester examinations on Monday, June 29, 2026. The examinations will be conducted across various examination halls within the University as well as designated CBT centres.
It is also recalled that the University has released the CBT second-semester examination timetable, while various faculties have also released their respective examination timetables.
As the University prepares for the second-semester examinations, Team Honorable Updates urges all students to abstain from any form of examination malpractice, as the University frowns seriously upon such acts. Any student found engaging in examination malpractice will face appropriate disciplinary measures, which may include rustication or expulsion, depending on the severity of the offence.
Team Honorable Updates wishes all University of Ilorin students a successful and stress-free examination period.
