LASU Directs 2024/2025 Postgraduate Graduands to Submit Bio-Data Forms for Certificate Processing

The Postgraduate School of Lagos State University (LASU) has called on all postgraduate students in the 2024/2025 graduating set whose results have been approved by the Senate to submit their Bio-Data Forms for certificate processing.

According to the institution, the exercise is aimed at ensuring proper documentation and seamless processing of certificates for eligible graduates. Affected students are required to accurately complete and submit the Bio-Data Form within the stipulated timeframe.

To complete the process, students are to visit the LASU website, navigate to the Students section, select Certificate Processing, and fill out the Postgraduate Bio-Data Form with the correct personal and academic details. Applicants are also required to upload a passport photograph with a white background, noting that photographs with eyeglasses, caps, selfies, or edited images will not be accepted.

After completing the form online, students are expected to print the document, attach a white-background passport photograph, and submit it alongside a copy of their online academic profile to the Certificate Unit.

The university has fixed Tuesday, June 30, 2026, as the deadline for submission of all completed forms and advised affected graduates to comply promptly to avoid delays in certificate processing.
