FUNAAB To Begin 2026/2027 Admission Screening Process
The management of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), Ogun State, has announced the commencement of registration for its 2026/2027 Post-UTME Screening Exercise.
According to the university, registration will begin on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, for candidates seeking admission into the institution for the 2026/2027 academic session.
To be eligible for the screening exercise, candidates must have chosen FUNAAB as their first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME and scored a minimum of 160. Direct Entry applicants with at least an Upper Credit and who selected FUNAAB as their first choice are also eligible. Candidates who scored 160 and above but did not initially choose FUNAAB can participate after completing a change of institution to the university.
The university stated that applicants must be at least 16 years old by September 30, 2026. Eligible candidates are required to register through the university's admission portal after paying a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 and a portal access fee of ₦3,000, excluding Remita charges.
FUNAAB advised candidates to upload their O’Level results correctly, noting that a maximum of two sittings is allowed. The institution accepts WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB results.
Direct Entry candidates, including OND, HND, and NCE holders, are required to ensure that their transcripts are submitted to the Registrar of the university on or before July 31, 2026.
The management further emphasized that participation in the online screening exercise is compulsory for all applicants seeking admission into the university.
Candidates are encouraged to carefully review their applications before submission and print their registration slips upon successful completion of the registration process.
