WAEC Debunks Viral List of Schools Linked to Examination Malpractice
WAEC has debunked the viral image circulating on social media claiming to contain a list of schools involved in examination malpractice. In a notice shared on its official social media page, the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) clarified that the viral image did not originate from the Council. The statement reads: "FAKE NEWS ALERT: Please disregard the message below. It did not originate from WAEC." The Council therefore urged candidates, parents, school administrators, and the general public to ignore the fake publication and rely only on information released through its official communication channels.
