Nigeria Maritime University Begins 2026/2027 Post-UTME Screening Exercise

The management of the Nigeria Maritime University (NMU), Okerenkoko, Delta State, has announced the commencement of its Post-UTME screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session.

According to the institution, applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates who selected NMU as their first-choice institution in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtained a minimum score of 150.

To be eligible for the screening exercise, candidates must have chosen Nigeria Maritime University as their first-choice institution, scored at least 150 in the 2026 UTME, and possess a minimum of five O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings. Applicants are also required to upload their O’Level results on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).

The university has set Monday, 29 June 2026, as the deadline for the submission of applications.

Prospective candidates are advised to complete their registration well before the closing date to avoid last-minute challenges and ensure timely processing of their admission applications.
